On the bus
In other news.
Getting the bus to work this morning, a girl aged 8 or 10 could be heard loudly explaining Cinderella to her mother.
I have no damn clue which version she learned but it was bloody brilliant.
The important points are as follows:
Cinderella has 3 fairy godmothers.
They own a tour bus.
Apparently this is because they're not fond of the horses.
The important moral of the story is that Cinderella knows to be afraid of balls because balls are dangerous.
The moral of the story is one that all young women should learn.
If the child's mother had learned it in time then things could have turned out better for all.
