so I have one class today...I hate going all the way into school for one class but oh well.
At least I have the car today, which makes my life a lot less stressful. I'm listening to my favorite band in the world...and the book i'm reading on them is entirely too strange. I found some interesting tidbits of information on them that I bet a lot of people don't know about them.
a) Joey had OCD .. and would demand Monte to take him back to the airport so that he could touch something.
He would go back too.
b) Johnny stole Linda (the love of joey's life) away from him...she ended up leaving johnny too..the whore.
c) Joey never got over Linda
d) Joey had an "adopted" daughter ... well sorta, he loved kids
e) Joey was a vegetarian
f) Johnny was Racist...but told everyone he was just joking
g) Johnny was part of the KKK..carried the card in his wallet
h) Johnny and Joey didn't talk to each other at all...in fact they hated each other
i) CBGB's was a country western barn before the ramones played there.
j) they're first 3 albums were written all at the same time, and recorded chronilogically...but were released at different times
k) they're fav. restaurant was Los Tacos in California...and they would often drive from different states just to get tacos
l) Tommy went crazy and left the band...everyone dubbed him Chicken Beak Boy
m) In the movie Rock and Roll High School, they were all on drugs or drunk during the production
n) Johnny always rode shotgun and made the band listen to the Yankee games on the radio. (The Yankees were his fav. baseball team)...
