Finally got the muffler fixed on my car, okay, not the muffler, the intermediate pipe. Anyway, they were able to actually save the muffler, so all that had to be replaced was one pipe and the mounting brackets, yay, much cheaper. Also they took 33% off the cost of labor to make up for me having been there three times before they had all the parts in residence. It wasn't much, but it showed me that they knew I was annoyed last time and on the verge of going elsewhere. Sure, they could have done more, but in the end I wasn't really expecting anything so, I'm happy and my car is much quieter now.
