Anyway, I've been feeling calmer. No more anxiety attacks, and beating on myself. I shake my head in self-pity whenever I look upon my journal thrown in the corner of my room. I wanted to write how I felt in it, and I was so frustrated I ended up scribbling and tearing through the pages with my pen.
Now, I am feeling apathetic and distant. But no longer sad.
