I'm still here
I didn't realize that it has been almost a month since my last post. This semester has been pretty busy so far, but that is to be expected being in Phi Tau. The fraternity does most of its main events during the first three weeks of school (retreat, LEGGS, RUSH). Once this week is over, I should have a little more free time. Speaking of free time, Loheyde said that trumpets do not have to be at orchestra on Wednesday!
Things seem like they're a little screwed up at home right now. My grandma, who just had cancer surgery last summer, is having test run on her because the doctor thinks that the cancer has returned. My uncle got his foot crushed by a fork lift at work last week. My mom is having upper back spasms, and she has gotten three different opinions from three different doctors about what is causing it; how can that be?
I would just like to let you all know that I have the best girlfriend ever. I came over to her house yesterday, and she had a bunch of gifts waiting for me on the table. Random acts of kindness are grrreat! I love you, em_04phimu!
I have set a date for my senior recital: April 2nd, 3pm. I guess I better start practicing.
