Republicans should not be erotica writers.

I have been working for several weeks to get this post out, and we'll see just how effective my typing is this time. Originally, I had been planning on regurgitating vast quantities of vitriolic, bilis flavored rhetoric in regards to the widely reported, unconscionable, treasonous types of acts commited by dishearteningly unenlightened assklowns by the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Lou Dobbs. Let me be clear: but when you start talking about using force, attacking government officials, inciting violence, and threats against the president, these are known - according to the constitution that you are all so admant about protecting, - as TREASON against the country. Last time I checked, that was still a captial crime.

Likewise, the GOP steadily bills itself as the 'family values' party. Either I've become dysphasic, or proliferation of firearms, underfunding and elimination of education programs, starting parallel wars, bankrupting the country, threatening the health and safety of elected officials, stealing an election, engaging in domestic spying, torturing prisoners, worsening the environment, alienating our neighbors, crippling scientific research, battling health care accessibility, and backsliding the country towards a time of mysticism and tyranny (to steal a line from 300) does not impress me as a core of 'family values'. Likewise, the RNC chairman Michael Steele is caught, thing of all things, in a scandal of overexpenditure on extravagances within, and without the political borders of the United States, not the least of which is a well known LA S/M club that caters to the rich, famous, and powerful/hungry. It should also be noted that other RNC scandals are coming to light like moths drawn to a flame recently, and perhaps retiring senator Bayh was right in saying that 'there needs to be a catastrophic change in government'.

Shortly after the announcement that Steele had been misspending Committee funds on $2,000 tabs in bondage clubs, enormously famous porn star and Wicked Pictures contract girl Stormy Daniels flips for the RNC, and not unexpectedly, the blogosphere goes wild (yours truly notwithstanding). Suddenly, as if a freight train had snuck up on me, I finally realized what I was looking at: it's always the über-"conservative" unflinchingly religious, fervent fundamentalists that are the most kinky. Not that you'd ever hered them admit it for themselves, but think about this for a second - every time one of these amazingly unhinged 'scandals' breaks out, it's because it's happened in the GOP camp. I mean, wasn't the previous governor of NJ who came out as gay after being exposed for having maintained a years long relationship with an aide a GOP-er? And now that it's known, is he still anti-social security survivor benefits for same sex couples? Or against same sex marriage? These things I wonder...

So perhaps I've just been doing it wrong this whole time, and I need to explore the 'dark' side of politics. Maybe there's something extremely kink worthy to these guys/gals. I mean, 'Jade' was all about high powered conservative politicians getting their jollies with one of the hottest girls on the planet. So, in sum, if nothing else, this topic merits quite a bit more investigation. Forget skeletons, I wanna know how many more pony hoods and floggers Michael Steele is hiding in his closet!
