(no subject)
I know I used to update 4 times a day (weekday) but I yelled at my boss because I wasn't busy enough and so I switched roles in my office.
I am now kept busy, which is good because "idle hands...."
So no constant updates, but I promise to always at least skim everyone's entries!
Last weekend was good, I did a lot of running, did some yardwork, went car shopping with *organ (I was quiet but spoke up and said "We're not buying a car today" - and then I totally think the dealer thought we were together after that.)
I cleaned my car like crazy. I made dinner for my poor father (he hasn't had a day off in a couple weeks now and he's working 12 hour days.) I prefer to keep my thoughts on the hurricane and the relief efforts to myself.

After much trash talking from the Navy side, I won an Army-Navy football contest this weekend. It was hilarious, my buddy has been talking smack for at least a year about how he is so good at NCAA football on Xbox, and so he has been talking about playing me for quite a while. So we played, one game on Xbox and one on PS2 - so that it would be fair, and then we would add up the scores.
Only he's genius smart when it comes to math, but has never actually played football in his life, so he just didn't understand what plays to pick. He tells me that he beats the computer with scores like 200 - 0, but I'm not a computer.
I beat him 35-21 in the first game, and then I wasn't even trying and I beat him 77-21 in the 2nd game. The worst part is that there were several people there to watch, because he built it up so much. They were wearing Navy gear and cheering for James.
That poor bastard never had a chance.
Oh, and I had a birthday - my parents and I went out and it was really nice. My poor dad is exhausted, but he gets Saturday off (but not Sunday). :(
