Sorry for the little amount of posting lately. A combination of busy work has hit me as usual. I think I really got my game in a decent zone sticking to primarily Double-up sng tournaments on Cake Poker, in which I now play the highest limit game I can get to fill which is usually $150-200 and $300/$500 every once in a while. I change my screen name weekly to somewhat throw off the non observant players and would probably be on a few of the Sharkscope leaderboards if I cared more about the attention. I hate to start spouting off on how well I'm doing because it always leads to a horrible bad run. Hopefully Cake keeps growing and the games stay strong.
My buddy "Dawgonu" wants to play in the WSOP San Diego Series and a 3 player Team Poker tourney at Cesears in Vegas next month. I hope to work it out and maybe play in one of these events, but it's gonna cost me probably a $1,000 or more, plus travel. Wish me luck.
I hate to post what I consider a half-assed post, but I figure it's better to at least keep things current. There's been a couple book reviews I've been meaning to do, particularly Neal Gersony's novel, "Poker Slam", which was a great read, but haven't the time to give it a proper write-up. You can click his blog link if interested.
