these days seem to be slow but really enjoyable, which i suppose are the best type to have. I have less anxiety and feel genuinely happy with my lot, time to focus and enjoy the moment for what it is, no more wishing away time.
I'm back to regular training at the gym, using the dance studio to do lots of wushuing and other fun stuff. I ended up teaching some guy who does dancing how to do PNF stretching and how dynamic stretching will get more speed than just doing passive stretching by itself , he seemed to really enjoy it.
Just started reading hesse's narcissus and goldmund I hope it's as good as siddartha..
just finished eating apple crumble...still hungry.
