It is wonderful to be home
Have been home for over a day and am much stronger as a result! No bad dreams to report. And yesterday ADT finished installing the most awesome security system! It even tap dances! They have done the installation process (a big job) with such expertise and good humor. It is just wonderful to be surrunded by competent people. If you don't already have such a system in your home, call ADT tomorrow and schedule one. They rock.
Everyone should come and see my beautifully clean windows! My sister Shelley's friends, Carol and Tommie, from San Antonio came to Corpus to help clean up the house and did they ever! I don't think that the windows were ever this clean -- and probably never will be again!!!!
Mary, Peter, and Shelley have been working their fingers to the bone. They rearranged my bedroom so that it doesn't even resemble my bedroom! (Hence the no bad dreams). They've done some serious work in the patio/back yard area and are laying a path in the front yard. All this in addition to providing many hugs and kisses and making sure that I am comfortable at all times. How lucky can one girl get?
And then there's Michael -- who has demonstrated a real take-charge competence in getting the myriad of details taken care of. I love him so much and he has given me the best gift ever by getting this web site up and running. He has to get back to work tomorrow and I will miss having him here.
