A/N: It's actually a draft for a submission for a Literary program at school that I want to get into, I just changed the characters names (I was thinking of tvxq when I wrote this anyways). Part one of three. Random crap that spewed forth from my brain. Un-betaed. horrible. Don't read.
Summary: Don't have one.
Past.
“He is an abomination, a child of filth!” One man, dressed in the traditional garb of the planet, exclaimed. Looking at the child, whose resemblance to his mother was striking, yet still unrecognizable features stared back at them. Five. The mother, the local priestess, formally respected, treated as royalty even, now nothing but a woman from the slums. Degraded, because of the child she bored, father unknown.
She left for a nearby planet to study, to further educate herself on how to save her people. Knowledge wasn’t the only thing she brought back.
Now, she lies on the small bed in the centre of the room, eyes barely open, barely lucid. No one speaks of her name anymore.
“We will name him Sorrow, for that is what he will bring to our township” The chief of the village spoke at last. Murmurs of agreement flowed through the crowd.
“But sirs, my name is Changmin…” The boy spoke at last, voice timid and weak, accented slightly with an unknown language. Bright eyes glistened with tears, he loved his name.
They ignored him.
“Leave him and this Witch in this godforsaken house” Another man
“We need Her though, she holds all the knowledge of medicine” A woman this time, more reasonable than the men.
Five more minutes of discussion and a conclusion was reached, they would leave Her and the bastard child alone, on the outskirts of the village, where it was impossible to bother them or affect them with the dirtiness the contained. The villagers needed her though, that they understood. She was to tend to them in times of sickness, in exchange for the lives of her and her son.
They left after giving one more look of contempt, it was one look too many for Sorrow, he collapsed within himself and cried, tears that shouldn’t be wept by someone so young.
‘Changmin, always Changmin’ he thought through his tears.
