First of all we would like to wish you a Happy New Year :)
On this very first day of 2012, we would like to announce several important news.
Effective 1st January 2012
1) Starting from now on, all fangoods posts will be locked. Shopping service post will still be public.
2) We will not be accepting new members unless you have a history of buying from us. If you bought from us before and you want to join the community, you may do so by clicking the join button and email us your info. We cant approve request by twitter because LJ system does not allow us to do so, so please use your LJ ID.
3) We will not do transaction with new buyer except for shopping service.
The reason why we are implementing this rules is because we have too many problems with new buyers who dont read our T&C properly.
If you are a regular buyer, you should have known that we only take orders for those who notify us after making payment because sometimes the Paypal name can be different from the LJ ID or the name stated on the email.
However, some new buyers paid through Paypal and didnt notify us at all so we were not aware of their order. They kept quiet for months and suddenly emailed us asking for their items that we weren't even aware of.
Some nasty ones directly went to Paypal to open dispute saying that they didnt receive the items. This has caused too much headache for us. Therefore, we put this measure to protect ourselves from this kind of buyer. We've had enough dealing with Paypal disputes.

I've preordered on Nov, 15th the JYJ 2012 Official Calendar, Wall Calendar. On your website it is told that outside Singapore you would offer for the delivering fee according to the country you have to send the good. Till now I´ve never asked for additional fee to pay and also the calendar didn't arrived to my home. On Yesasia e. g. you can buy the calendar since Dec, 5th and as it is Dec, 31st today and as Yesasia is quickly by sending goods the calendar would have had definitely already be send to my home.
So, when will you send the calendar to my home? It's really very pity that I have no chance of seeing JYJ already from today on daily since the calendar didn't have send to me till now.

first of all i have to explain few things to you.
1. it's still in supplier, we havent received it from supplier. you can always check our status page for the status of the item. it's updated regularly.

23 Nov 2011 - Orders placed
2. Reason why we haven't received the calendars from supplier, it's because i'm away for my xmas and new year holiday. because of that, shipping from korea is stopped until i get back from holiday. only shipment from singapore remains unaffected.

However, we've checked the list of the buyers, i couldn't find your name. did you inform us after making payment, because we only note down the order when the buyers notify us. tbh, you can't expect us to work like yesasia to be aware of every single payment we receive, cause we work individually, and we receive plenty of them everyday, therefore we need confirmation from the buyer. therefore we will refund your payment since we didn't order yours in the first place.
next time, if you still want to buy something from us, please notify us about the payment. so things like this won't happen. and if you think YA is much faster, why don't u order from them? ^^
cause we stated we always do monthly shipment, obviously it would take a longer time for everything to reach the customers.
anyway, we don't get why you opened the paypal dispute without emailing us to clear things up? since we listed down all our contact information, i even put up my personal contact for every buyer's convenience.
you can always verify by email.

We didnt mean bad intention. It's just that we want to lessen our headache with dealing with all Paypal cases from new buyer. We seek for your understanding.
