MEET UP REGISTRATION STEPS
Kindly read and follow each step carefully.
1) Each slot maximum is 6 or 12 pcs on first-come-first-served basis.
If it's full, please choose other slots.
2) Please email us the meet up form as shown below and email it to dongbangmarket@gmail.com and write "IN HEAVEN SPECIAL EDITION MEET UP" as subject. Emails that are not following the rules will be ignored. We're sorry but many people are emailing us for placing order and enquiries so these rules must be followed to avoid confusion.

PS: If your friend is collecting the item on your behalf, please provide the friend's name and contact number as well.
3) You will receive a confirmation via email.
If it's full, we will also notify you so you can choose other slots available. If you dont receive any email reply within 24 hours, please email us again. SMS will be sent one day before the chosen meet up slot as a reminder.
4) No Show / Cancellation = additional $2
If you dont show up according to your schedule, you will be charged additional $2 on the next time you want to collect your item. Because it's heavy and I'm handling this alone, please be punctual and dont be late and make sure you come ^^ I will not wait for latecomers because I still have other slots to manage.
5) Changing slot last minute is NOT ALLOWED.
For example, if you are on Slot 1 and suddenly you're late and you sms me that you want to change to Slot 2, I cant do that for you because that slot might be full and I might mess up with other slots' arrangement.
