hey guys :)
we have couple of things to announce again :)
regarding enquiries
We are slower in replying enquiries during weekends :) since we always go out most of the time on weekends, so please understand, and try not to send multiple emails cause you haven't received any reply from us. All enquiries will be replied on the next working days, rest assured. your understanding will be much appreciated ^^
we will still posting newly opened spree (if there's any) and accepting orders on weekends, so feel free to place your orders :) as for verifying your payment, we'll try to do it as well on weekends :) otherwise, we'll confirm your payment as soon as possible.
regarding meetup
We've been agreeing to most meetup request we got, but unfortunately we can't do that anymore :(
I'm going to move for good from Singapore in a short while :) and my partner, Amanda is working full time now, and has classes during weekends, and got OT work most of the time as well. so from now, please opt for mailing service :)
we'll try to fulfill meetup request ONLY if you have odd shaped/sized goods with us, and can't be mailed using postal service (couple of fansite items do have odd shape and odd size goods) but we can't really guarantee you anything >< but we'll try :)
