Chip Saltzman a chair in the RNC distributed this song on a CD similar to that "Barack the Magic negro". Gee, I wonder why the Latino numbers are dwindling in the GOP?
I am of the belief that people have the God-given right to travel freely. And I think government should (i) limit border control to managing trade insofar as to keep harmful substances out of its borders; and (ii) not abuse Police Power or Military Power to give an American company advantage in US markets.
I'm also of the belief that if various groups of people from Latin America look to the US to trade their labor for US Dollars, then so be it.
But, if these groups are going to a foreign country and waving their flags in foreign streets while imposing demands on a foreign government by means of protest, and expecting positive results, then they have another thing coming.
The fact that these people are of a latin heritage or of a foreign county doesn't give them precedence over the other people in this nations. Here, we are all equal.
Of course, if certain political individuals or parties are too foolish to recognize opportunity in these events, and instead poke fun at it, then so be it. Why ask them to censor themselves to keep up appearances?
I don't want a party of masks. Let 'em show their true colors. Because then, voters can make a more informed decision.
