I have been reading on the wikia's that she treats everyone the same, but Youkai more strick, but was confused how to do that till you said that. So I should try for her not to treat anyone better or worse then anyone else, unless the create an incident or destroy her shrine of course.
That bit on the money is interesting. Fanon seems to show her has always looking for donations, and sometimes even scamming people into it. I wasn't planing on doing that mind you, but I was going to have her get annoyed or excited when people do or don't donate. Though I believe that plays with her being very emotive, and showing her emotions on her shoulders.
On character interactions, are there some Youkai she might treat better then others? I know you said she tries to treat everyone the same, but surly even she might not like some or be closer to others. I know she isn't a Youkai, but her relationship with Alice seems to be of good friends. She also seems close to Suika, and maybe Mima(though that relationship seems all fanon). And I would Think Reimu would be naturally Weary of Tenshi or Yuuka.
Oh, I wasn't going to try and play off the lazy much at all, just that she enjoys sitting and watching the sky. This one reimu person I saw overdid the lazy, so that was annoying.
And thanks for the helps so far! The people I talk to didn't have much, and said you were the best reimu they have seen, and I really have to agree. I just maid my account for her (NekoMikoReimu, Like that song) and am going to spend the next few days reading that stuff and getting her voice down. I hope it;s as good as you!

The thing about her regarding everyone the same isn't so much that she's TRYING to; it's simply that she just does. It just comes naturally to her. In a way, you can say that she's a rather cold person, she there's no one she considers particularly close to her. If you look at canon, you'll often find that she doesn't even treat Marisa, who is the closest thing she has to a best friend, better than she treats others. About Alice, it's not necessarily that Reimu treats Alice any better than others, it's the other way around. Alice probably considers Reimu a friend, so she'll often visit her. Reimu, on the other hand, won't visit Alice any more than she'd visit Marisa or Remilia. If it seems like she's closer to certain characters, it's only because those characters simply visit her or talk to her more often. As for the bit about feeling weary about certain characters, that would only work if Reimu had a sense of threat. She's pretty optimistic so the idea of anything particularly bad happening never really crosses her mind until it actually happens. Like I said, she's incredibly carefree, in more ways than one. It's pretty obvious when you remember that every single one of her acquaintances sans Rinnosuke and Akyu have antagonized her at one point or another. Yet at the end of every single game, she has tea with them or drinks with them or whatever. Reimu doesn't hold grudges, ever.
That is true. She while she might be fighting someone at one time, she is talking to them normally another. Makes sense.
