It pretty much comes down to........ IT'S NOTHING!!!!

For three years, I've believed I've had an anomaly in my left breast. So when I went to a new place and they said they wanted more films, I wasn't too surprised.

Okay, so there was a little gremlin in the back of my head saying nasty things, but I was keeping an open mind that everything was okay. Really, even if they did find something bad, well, they could hack off as much as they wanted! A drastic reason to have a breast reduction done, but if it's bad, it's gotta go.

Had three films taken, ouch and even more ouch, because she was doing a really good job of getting a really clear image. I then sat and waited for the films to be read. She came out and asked to take just one more shot to make sure they had all the views.

I asked to see the shots and she even showed me one of my old films. I could clearly see the anomaly on the old film, and then I looked at the new shots and on the first one it wasn't as dense but on the other shots, you really couldn't see much of anything!

So........ turns out that the new state of the art place I'm standing in, really is state of the art! The machines at the other places I was going to weren't strong enough to get through the amount of tissue in my breast and that because of the placement, things just weren't getting flattened out enough.

There's nothing, no dense tissue, no anomaly, my breasts are perfectly healthy!

Remember - October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - Think Pink!

Many stores are having specials where they will donate a portion of the proceeds to one of the breast cancer research organizations.
