Note to self:
Just because you were a Thundercats fan in your youth does not mean you are allowed to yell "Thundercats, ho!" and point madly when you see someone in a Lion-O t-shirt. They do not know you. They do not appreciate your noise. They do not care that you were a Thundercats fan in your youth. You are not about to become best friends, bonded together by a love of '80s cartoons. Shut up. Go home and admire your big Lion-O poster instead.
Me no likee essays about who were the true Ulaid. I don't care, frankly. They're all dead aren't they? And yes, I am aware that this is a bad attitude for a historian.
"Thundercats, ho!"
And can I hear a "F.A.B., Brains!"? and how about a "S.I.G.!"? And was that a "Go, go, Power Rangers!" at the back? Help me, Captain Planet! Bring your Planeteers! We've got to save the alien planet of Mer from Dark Water! Let's send those evil serpent-men back into another dimension! Our courage will change the world.
Hey, it's a 'spot the reference' post!
