Stupid People
So here's the deal with stupid people (and it pisses me way the hell off):
They don't care. And they don't use logic. They cannot accept that anything can be other than their instinctual feelings tell them. They cannot make their intellect override their instincts.
This is why they are so frustrating. You can make a perfectly good, logically sound, well-reasoned argument, and they just don't care. they're on a totally different plane of existence. They may be capable of using logic, but THEY JUST DON'T!!! They say they "just feel it's right," or "Something just feels wrong about that, so I can't accept it." Or, worst of all, "that's not very nice, so you're wrong," often followed by "and you're evil and stupid."
LOGIC DOESN'T MAKE SOMEONE STUPID!!!! REFUSING TO ACCEPT REALITY OVER PREJUDICE DOES!!!
