He might as well be both. In the tests I managed to conduct, I could get things to phase through solid objects. It was remarkable. Though it seems that it works only when it decides to.

That's very true. But if you time it just right and only use it once then you could do some remarkable things. Not that I'm into the criminal aspect of life but it can be marketed as such.

All in the name of science. I need a way to get money and if peddling something to the lowest common denominator of life is the only way, then so be it.
