And she was easier to meet with and talk to than Sedarin. Between the two of them, she made faster headway than she ever expected.

You know, I'm actually getting a bit more respect for McCaffey's books where the characters had to spend time in classes. It's very hard to skim the repetitive time while making it interesting. I know I'm going to have to figure out how better to tackle the issue when it comes time to revise Music because right now it really sucks. :P

Yesterday was a very good, very busy, very productive day. I got most things done, and the only two things I didn't cross off, I'm not too worried about. They were exercise related, but everything else still managed to put me under my calorie budget for the day. I'm thinking I may drop the afternoon stretch for at least a little while since I don't seem to need it. Not sure about the core stuff, which I made up for by chair dancing. My back was a real problem, and I had to do my housework on pain killers, so not sure doing the Core is a good idea right now. The extra activity is definitely impacting my body with more aches and pains than I'm used to. I know it'll get better as I adjust, but I don't want to push too hard either.

The one down side yesterday was with my meds. Out of the 4 boyo and I need, only 2 have refills. The good news is my "you will not bleed to death" pill is one of them. The one I don't have a refill for is my bp meds, and the doctor will not call in a refill if I'm no longer on the insurance. For me, this means I have to hope what I'm doing is low impact enough that there's less of a risk of problems while off the meds. I just can't afford a doctor's appointment at the moment. Just before I run out of the Medroxy, I'll definitely have to look into it, however. In the meantime, I'm transferring it over to Walmart. As for my son, he has a fluoxetine refille (thank God) but not a Concerta refill. I can get a one time refill of the fluoxetine at Kaiser, then I need to make sure he's with a new doctor in the Medicaid system. It's not the perfect solution, but it'll work as long as I don't stroke out or something. Also hoping you get the $4 scrips even when you no longer have insurance. *sigh*

Anyway, other than that, a smashing day that I'm hoping to duplicate today. Running a but later than I'd planned here, so here's the usual list....

Yes, for the first time in ages, I'm making bread. I'll be starting it as soon as I get an MF update posted, and I'll write while it rises and bakes. Really looking forward to it, actually. It's a new recipe I stumbled on yesterday that just sounded good and looked pretty easy. I got sesame seeds instead of sunflower when I went to the store, but I'm not all that big on sunflower seeds. ;)

Better get to it. Bread takes awhile and I think I want some of this with my breakfast in a couple of hours. ;)
