There's always one day in the week when everything goes south. At least it seems like it. Yesterday was this week's day. Storm rolled in and pretty much flattened me. I had a hard time getting to sleep, had a hard time getting up, had no energy, was fighting a headache and the SAD all day. I ended up napping a lot.
Not discouraged. Winter's coming, and I'll actually be seeing a lot of days like that. Hopefully not as bad, because seriously, when I say I slept a lot, I mean I slept A LOT. Chef was home about 4:30 and I was out again by 5. Didn't wake up until 8, when we had dinner. And I slept on and off all morning too. And stayed in bed even after the kids came home. Yesterday was a hibernation day. The one piece of good news is that the headache wasn't migraine level, so the bp pills are doing their job.
I did get one of the more difficult tasks done, The White List, so I can take that off today's list, but everything else is still there....

We'll see. Still feeling blah, and if another storm rolls in, well, it's likely to derail me too. Need to get some of those bulbs that help with SAD. Won't help with the sleep or the headaches, but should help me feel less sluggish. Maybe. I know I've seen them around, they just tend to be god-awful expensive. Can't do god-awful expensive yet.
Okay, gonna go kick some internet tires and get some small things done. Music may help....
