After Looking At Ch. 8
and even trying to do the insertions the way I've done it up to now, I think I'm going to have to approach it a little differently. There's just too much that got overhauled in the last attempt.
So, since the original printouts have been decimated by the attempt to figure this out, I'm reprinting everything. Once I have it, I'll have to write notes from the first v5 attempt into the v3 manuscript. I may end up doing some of my cut and paste once I'm away from the stuff that was majorly overhauled, but everything else needs to be sketched into the manuscript and rewritten from there.
This ought to be fun.
Okay, probably not, but at least interesting. :P
ETA: Definitely will be better this way, even if it is a bit more tedious. I'm jotting down notes for the stuff to add where the language is different than the new version, and stapling in the little bits of stuff that actually work as is. It'll be slow, but it will work.
