Massages
I run a regular massage weekend and I wondered if people who don't actually read my LJ might be interested in getting a massage. Let me know if it's inappropriate to post this here as it's not going out to do things so much as coming to visit.
The massages actually take place in my front room (SW11, near Clapham Junction), and they started because I asked my friend, who is fully trained in massage therapy and aromatherapy, to give me a massage. Once I realised that for her, giving a massage meant she'd be bringing her proper table and all her kit, I asked a few friends if they wanted one too, and a year later, she has a travelling practice in London, despite living in Ely.
The rates are good for London (45 pounds with oils, 40 pounds without) and the massage is probably the best I've ever had. She's dealt with people with a wide variety of conditions, from pregnancy through hip and back issues to straightforward stress.
The massage weekend takes place once a month, with the next one being next weekend and we've dates in the diary until June (which I'll post when I know that it's ok to mention this event on this community).
