We are looking for someone(s) to sublet - Jan 1-Aug. 31st.

Location: 80 the fenway/Back Bay- right next to the MFA, NEU, Berklee, Mass Art
Perks: 2 Bedrooms. Nice kitchen-big windows, bathroom, long hallway (good fit for a hammoc), hardwood floors, heat and hot water included. Large finished roof deck with an awesome view!!
There's room for 2-4 people to move in!
Alee and Patrick will be relocating to Mission Hill for the upcoming year, while Dylan heads over to Beacon Hill and I will be away on Co-Op in San Francisco...
