Dear LJ,
Yesterday, I spend the day slaving over my internship application for the Black Sheep Agency. They're this really awesome PR firm in the inner Houston loop. They asked me to complete a writing test for them after I sent them my resume and I had to write a blog post that fit their style and that would be compatible with their stuff. I also had to write 5 different tweets for their agency and for one of their clients.
This morning I heard back from them and they told me that they were really impressed.
I'm kind of REALLY excited. It's a very competitive internship and I really really want this because I feel like everything I've done up to this point with communications has made me a tailor-made applicant for this position.
I have been listening to Animals as Leaders's two albums on repeat because it's such good music and has really calmed me down and gotten me to a happy place. I feel better about the future, especially if this internship turns out well. *Fingers Crossed*
Completely unrelated, but totally relevant- I love my cat so much.
