What a day I've had!!!
I woke up this morning at 9am (well, now that it's 4am, I can't say it's this morning, but I haven't gone to bed yet, so, so what?) after having gone to bed at 5am this morning. Heh, silly, silly Lexy.
I went to get Ashley so we could spend a day vegging on my couch watch the extended LOTR.........that was fun. I ended up napping between the new parts. And I had a VERY strange half awake/half asleep dream that there were silly little superimposed animated images on the screen during the movie, and I kept squinting at the screen, going "whaaaaat the fuck?". It was odd.
Then I took Ash back to the dorms and drove with Renee to Seattle to the Key Arena to see Deck the Hall Ball. Who was there: Sparta, Good Charlotte, Sum 41, 3 Doors Down, and Disturbed. Seriously, the best show I've EVER been to. The vibes were AMAZING. Absolutely indescribable.
But the ultimate end to my day came when I got home 2 hours ago, and opened up my mail, and what is waiting for me???........
A FREE SCREENING TO THE TWO TOWERS ON TUESDAY AT 10pm!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh. My. God. My hands haven't stopped shaking yet.
I'm a little nervous about what I'm gonna do, though, because I don't understand why they would have a "sneak peek" 2 hours before the real first showing, which, of course, I already have tickets to with my other friend. *sigh*. I don't know what I'm gonna do. I was so excited....but I don't want to leave Alyssa all alone to watch TTT, and we wanted to see it all together.
