Man, a christian service is most tedious when you are a none believer. Three hymns, two prayers (or maybe three) and a bible reading. That was most crap. Then came the mountains of photos...in fact, the picture taking took longer than the service did. I hate being on display, I like to just quietly be there. Also being shown off like a trophy wasn't particularly pleasant, but most these things come with family weddings. It shouldn't be the case when those getting married are the same age as you (give or take a couple of years).
In other news, I did managed to get my guitar and it is a beautiful instrument. Plays amazingly and sounds great. Also, I went to the party later. It wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been, but severally people have gone down a mark. I didn't move around that much and spent most of the night talking to someone in the friends university class. May have freaked her out a little bit the fact that didn't move. Plus someone whispered something while I was there, but shouldn't think much of it.
Oh yeah, I said something to her I've never managed to get out before...not a big thing, but it's a positive step.
