I was running late yesterday after work/before practice and only got through 5 sets of my circuit. But then I had a great practice, I fought Vlad, Kenji and Melchior. All three fights left me sweaty. Also my attempts at merging my short sword style with my long sword(35in vs 40in) are going well but are taxing my forearm a ton. I will have to start working out that muscle specifically I think. After practice we went to Pub Dog, which has great (unhealthy) pizza. I had a salad with chicken breast in it.

Today's workout will depend on if I am joined by Candice or not. If she is around we will do interval sprints with pushups, lunges and ab exercises in between. If she is not there I will go to the gym and do kettelbells followed by a tabata workout on the rowing machine.

Oh I almost forgot. I was frustrated by a conversation over dinner so when I got home I did a hundred pushups to relieve some stress.
