That important statement out of the way, the bit about restructuring is one of those "definitely would help with speed, but doubt it'll ever happen" type things (will we ever see a worldwide move away from TCP/IP? I really doubt it. There'll definitely be private enterprises and groups who use other protocols for dramatically higher speeds though), and video compression techniques haven't been doing anything remarkable for a while, so there is some merit to a discussion about problems of speed and storage - just not like this, and not on Sunrise.
