I can't lie, I don't take the best care of my feet. I don't change my socks everyday, more so every time I take a shower, which is every other day to every 3rd day. I'm not a stinky person and dry out quickly, so I don't shower daily until it gets hot outside and I'm riding my bike on a daily basis.

I only have one pair of seriously comfortable shoes and I've been wearing them for years. I can't seem to find anything comparable, but I'm gonna have to look soon, my souls are wearing to nothing! I realize that these facts don't help, but I did hear that pouring vinegar in the toes of your shoes and letting it dry can make things a little easier.

yeah, at least try to wear a pair of fresh dry socks every day! DUDE, my bro got a serious fungus along with some other weird thing that's genetic BUT still, the fungus triggered it! Be sure to let your feet breathe as much as they can... like at home and stuff! No sockies!
