That's excellent, the release. I'm not surprised at the nightmares, between what little I heard about what you went through, and what the hospital put you through.
Feel better. I will send you food so no one in your house has to repaint anything cook tomorrow.
Any vegetable allergies or things people just hate? Or vegetarians to think about? I was thinking about maybe leg of lamb with roast new potatoes and steamed garlic spinach, but I don't want to go offending anyone.
Liz? This is why I asked. I didn't want to cause you and others all sorts of angst or sadness or anger.
I can do a pretty spiffy vegetarian chili, or something like that. Bake some bread-bowls, serve it up like that, it'll be fine. A nice spinach quiche for lunch, that for dinner. Sounds like a good thing? Also, easy to digest after the horror that is hospital food, but it tastes like real food.
I'll get it over to you for lunchtime tomorrow. The chili can just sit on the stove on low, warm the bowls before dinner, and the quiche for lunch will still be warm.
Glad to give a hand. Let me know if you need anything else.
