My super before the summer (when school gets out) plan

GREEN TEA is very good for you therefore I have been drinking alot of it. I have done a complete makeover on my diet (if I could only just stick to it 100%) which in return will Make me over on the outside. EAT MORE ANTIOXIDANTS people!! ::antioxidant:: -Noun- 1. A chemical compound or substance that inhibits oxidation. 2. A substance, such as vitamin E, vitamin C, or beta carotene, thought to protect body cells from the damaging effects of oxidation. They really do wonders..and drink more water, eat more vegetables/fruits!!! Soy is also very good for you inside/out. Ive been drinking soymilk.
I try to down the recommended 8+ glasses of water a day but It is just too difficult..but I do down at the very least 4 bottles of water..I stay hydrated. Today I "detoxed" myself by drinking a tank load of green tea followed by water and I feel great HAHAHAH. Which mean tomorrow I wont be feeling so great because I have to fight the "temptations" i.e breakfast foods that you can put syrup on and still taste good foods Tons of vegetables and fruits for me people...and ocasionally those little shripms but I eat them plain..SO GOOD!! I wish I could spend a day with a vegetarian for a day with good meal plans so I can see how they have developed their full menu..but developing mine from what I enjoy eating is always good.
