and all, what a great time to buy... our home appraised for $210k 7 years ago, and now ir's at $125k- leaving us way stuck in the red, with a mortgage from hell. It's nice here, quiet and no one in our business.

I'm gonna come thru this crap, have no doubt. I'm no quitter, even when I've wanted to quit-just quit life for a respite from it all.

I remember telling my Realtors that if the sellers started a bidding war and I got a bad vibe on the house we weren't moving into it...after that they took our second offer.
