"I'm not locked in here with you... You're locked in here with me!"
After two cycles of "let it record only to be quickly deleted to make room for something else", I finally sat down to watch Watchmen. While it didn't even make the top ten movies I've seen in the past year, I didn't find it to be the horrible wang-fest everyone else seemed to think it was. I don't even really mind the changes that much, I even like the fact that they call the device "S.Q.U.I.D.". I may even buy the DVD eventually, as the special features should be worth watching.
Also, I should mention that I saw Book of Eli. Two things: One, how did I not know Mila Kunis was in it? Shame on me. Two, I was so focused on the fact that I thought the book was going to be completely blank that I didn't see the end coming, which made for a better movie experience. What didn't make for a good movie-going experience was the two people in front of us. I wasn't bothered by the fact that she was feeding him gruel through a tube in his throat/chest, it was the fact that when he would gurgle in complaint she would reply in angry-loud whisper "Stop that or I'll leave you here!"
