recent events - abridged

Last few days has been relatively action packed. My 22nd Birthday was on Wednesday, and on the same day both my family and Luke's family arrived down here to visit. Thursday we had our graduation, which meant waking up at like 7... attempting to get 11 peopled showered without our 10 minutes of hot water running out (some showered the night before, some showered at Manda's place, and some people probably missed out) and then getting in to ANU before 9am. Luke and I were like "how the fuck are we meant to wear this hood thing?" but fortuitously there was special people in there who fixed it up before the ceremony. Ceremony itself started at 10am, i was finished by 10:30, Luke by about 10:45. thats when we sat there for another hour and a half. We then went over to University House for free food. Zac and I went into civic while my parents dropped off Grandma back down south Canberra. My family bummed around Belconnen the rest of the day. I got some PS1 controllers, one of which is the single worst design ive ever seen. ill put a photo up some time. we only got it cos Zac said he'd pay half. We also finally had our inspection which was coo. Friday we shopped some more, went to the war memorial and then from 5-7pm went to intensity for non-stop videogaming. Which was quite coo. Today i finally got to sleep in, my family left for home this morning and Luke n Co went to the snow for the day. Tonight i went and saw I, Robot with Martin and Annie. I do like the asimov plot (ive read a book remarkably similar - but not the one the movie's based on), but it coulda done without will smith and the slow-motion-flying-through-the-air-with-multiple-guns hollywood action scenes.
I dont work again till wednesday, so i guess i get to relax some more till then.
