And so the World Cup began!
So far two great games: Germany-Costa Rica and Poland-Equador
England beat Paraguay by 1-0. Not a very good game. But OK. I suppose we can't ask for great games all the time.
Tomorrow Portugal will have its debut against Angola. Let's see how it will go.
"Heart Favourite": Portugal
"Logical Favourite": Brazil
"Personal bet Favourite": Italy
"We never know what those guys will do favourite": England
I just hope that the games will respect the sacred principle of fair play. I remember EURO 2004 in Portugal: in the game Switzerland-England, the Swiss players passed the entire game doing what we called in Portugal "distribute fruit"!
