(no subject)
Well, I shouldn’t be updating, since I have a lab report to do before my lab, but I’ve got 4 hours yet, then I’ve got to meet with my adviser to see if I can take a chemistry class instead of biology part 2. I LOVE chemistry soooo much!!
Anyways, I still feel pretty stressed out, but I’m just doing what I can. I hate it that I have to take so many naps, I wish I had a ton of energy, well I do, but I still need those naps. I have a bio exam on Friday…..that sucks!! So I didn’t go to practice yesterday or this morning…oops. I really do feel bad, but I went home yesterday to be with my mom since my dad is gone for Detroit again, and I just really needed a nap. And this morning, well if I were to have gone to practice, I would have only had 4 hours of sleep…….nope, that’s not working for me. I only did get 5, but that’s better than 4! I know practice is going to suck ass this afternoon, I don’t want to go, but, it’s a workout day and I should.
I have to say this before I get into updating……well I was watching the Miss USA thingy last night, and one of the girls on there said something really inspiring, she said something like if I want to get there some time in the future, I’ve got to start today. And I was like yea, that’s true. I really wish I could just focus on running, I love it so much!
Ok, well, last week seemed to go by slow. Jason and I went to the visitations on Wed. night for my grandma. I got to see my dad’s side of the family which is really nice since I never get to see them. Only once in the summer! Anyways, then Jason came with me to my grandma’s funeral on Thursday. It was really sad because my grandpa was crying, and in bad shape. I told him that at least grandma went with the Pope, and he goes yea……I don’t want her with any man, but the Pope will do. Lol
All my reports that I had to do last week went well. I don’t really know what I got on them, but oh yea one of them I got an A!!! That was awesome. That was for my women’s gender class. Then for my quiz in bio lab and my exam in math……..well, I don’t really know how that went. I didn’t really get to prepare for it since I had those reports and with my grandma and everything.
Friday, I had to work 5-10, but there was nothing for me to do, so I read my book for class the WHOLE time, oh well I talked to Brian too when I would start to fall asleep. They basically wanted 2 people there in case something was to happen. So Brain was reading his book too, and getting caught up on what was going on with me…….and Jason! Haha lol
Sat. I had a meet, so I didn’t have to be at the bus till 9:15, but I was there by 9!!!!!! Yea, and I got my own seat, that was nice!!! So we headed to Ferris, and I slept the whole way there. The weather turned out nice too. My race was not the best in the world, but hey, we all have good and bad days. It use to frustrate me so much, but I’m just trying to not worry about it because it stresses me out too much and then I end up having a bad week. But Jason and my parents were at the meet, so that was nice. Then Jason and I tried to watch a movie, but I was out in like 5mins! Haha lol It was a lonnnng day!!
Sunday……what can I say, it was morning practice day. I really did not want to go at all, but I had to. Then I only wanted to run 8 miles, but I found out that we have more races, sooo…..I just ran 10 with Rosie, she really helped to pull me through that one. But then I missed church since we ran some place different, it took longer to get there. But that’s ok, I love running at that park. So I went to visit my grandma, but she was gone with my aunt. So I came home and washed up and played with my pets for a while, took them outside and what not. Then went to Jason’s. Watched some desperate housewives!!!!
That’s about it, I’m really loving the weather!!!!!!!
