Last good cry: I've had tears, but last time where I just let it all out and it felt good....about 2 years ago when my xc coach picked someone else to be athlete of the month only cause she was mad at me.....I was pissed! oh yea...and when I didn't make it to state for both xc and track...so close though! 1sec off!
