My bonobos are awesome!

I went to the zoo yesterday to see my bonobos. My mom and Ashley went with me, so it was a lot of fun. All of them came up to see me, even Lana, who never has come to me before. I felt so honored. She even gave me a head nod and looked me in the eyes as she was leaving. Makasi and Kesi are soooooo cute!! Makasi is fitting in so well and he was having the greatest time playing with the others. They build new stuff for them to play on in their exhibit, but so far, Mchumba is pretty much the only one to play on it. Mike told me the exhibit has been shut for a couple weeks while they were building it all. It was funny because when he came over to chat with me, the bonbos were over, so I was only halfway paying attention to him because I was paying attention to the bonobos. It was also funny because he asked what I had been up to, and I told him about working in the law firm, and he asked if that was temporary, and I was like, no, I'm going to law school. He thought I was gonna be a zoologist or something, haha. I thought to myself, nope, doesn't pay enough. We went and saw a few other animals too. Then when I came back later on in the day to see the afternoon grouping of bonobos, Mike was there again, and he asked if I was still there, and I was like, no, I've gone to see some other animals, but I had to come back to see Junior, hehe. He laughed and was like, so you did a big loop, hehe. I'm glad I didn't go down there while they were doing that because I would have been so mad if the bonobos weren't out. Janey the orangutan also came over and looked at all the things I brought for her to look at. She is a sweetie. It was an awesome day, and I am so glad I went down to SD. My bonobos made my day and made me feel loved since they all came to see me, hehe. Ikela is showing now and should be having her baby in March or April. I got a whole bunch of cute pictures, hehe.

In other news, I really like my job in the law firm. I really like the lawyers I work with too and they are really cool. That has been keeping me busy. I'm excited for Christmas too, hehe.
