Vietnamese Soup: Canh Chua

This is a vietnamese soup called "Canh Chua." The ingredients include shrimp, herbs (ngo^?), tomatoes, and beef. Usually it's made with fish (instead of beef), but we didn't have any at the moment. The soup is poured on rice and then served.
