Such an amazing trip!
I went to the Eureka Jazz Festival this weekend and had such an wonderful time! It was such a great trip...no stress. All I had to worry about was what bands I wanted to see and where and when I wanted to eat. I have so many stories and fun pictures, I just don't have time to write them all.
I drove up with Tonnie; we've now been deemed Dumb & Dumber or Blonde & Blonder by Jofflyn, which is way too funny. All of us who went up stayed with Kelly. I'm glad we stayed with her because I got to know her a lot more. She's such a sweetheart! I felt so bad for taking Jimmy away from her...he drove back with Tonnie & I. I wish they could be in the same city! They're so great together. I just love watching the two of them.
I'm totally psyched about getting to see Titan Hot 7 while I was there. They're a 7 piece dixieland jazz band that just gets together for performances. They don't practice because all the guys live in different states...or at least a few states. Anyway, they're hillarious and such increddible musicians! I'm so hooked on them now.
Steven has continued to be so cute and so sweet. He's making me dinner tonight...won't tell me what we're having though. :D He downloaded "Popular" from Wicked as my ring tone, which is kinda a quinkydink since Crystal did the same. Plus, I guess his Unlce offered to get him tickets to something for his birthday, so he's going to see if he can get us tickets to go see Wicked!!!! He has only heard a little of the music...I feel so spoiled. :P hehehe....he's such a sweetheart! That'll be sooo awesome if he can pull that off.
I'll be in Arizona on the 24th for my cousin's wedding. They just decided on the date last week. She's only 18 or 19, too! They decided to get married before he goes off to Iraq...goodness gracious. Hopefully that will work out all right....should be interesting!
