A Merry Christmas...and not
Wednesday evening my dad picked up the cutest puppy to add to our family. She's darling! Mom named her Pepper...and the name totally fits her coloring. She's a mix of German Shephard, Lap, and Boxer. 11 weeks old. She's soo well behaved and mannered. She's hardly pottying inside. Such a great addition to the family!
Christmas Eve was good. My family and Izzy's family got together and did presents and such. It was a very nice family time. I got a lot of spiffy presents, which I'll hafta detail later.
Christmas day was family presents. More good times. However, Coco had thrown up that night and wasn't too happy. As the day went on, she just laid around, wouldn't eat or even hardly get up. Pepper started acting funny too. She was really tired and also wouldn't eat, so we took them into the pet hospital. Turns out Pepper has some virus that she just got vaccinated for. I'm wondering if she got it from the vaccination...it happens with humans. So now we're waiting to get them back. We're supposed to call in a short bit to see if we can bring Coco home. Hopefully Pepper will be well enough to bring her home tomorrow. I'm so sad!
But other than that it's been a good Christmas. Went and saw "National Treasure" with my dad and Izzy today. Fun movie! And now I'm off to get ready for my date tonight...we'll see how that goes...
