Lordy, what a night. 2 kids were throwing up all night ... but it's a good thing they were here cause I would have hated for their mother to have to deal with them and the newborn all night. Their dad works at night so she would have been alone. Still it's not the way I imagined spending my first day off dealing with. And then around 6a.m. our dog starts going mad with barking. And normally she doesn't bark at just anything ... and if we tell her to stop she will. Well she just ignored us and kept barking, finally we noticed the ac/heater unit was smoking BIG TIME. Our dog saved us from a fire. What a dog! The kids are spoiling her like mad this morning.
I have 2 children in the bathtub right now and no one has thrown up for a few hours so I'm hoping we will still make it to the movies this afternoon, especially since we have no heat right now.
