i read the shining over break and it was even better than the movie (albeit very long)
(I'm always reminded of that Jim Gaffigan bit where he talks about the snotty way that people say "Well, the book was SO much better than the movie." His response being: "Yeah? Well you know the great thing about the movie? I didn't have to read a book! And it only took me 2 hours!")
But the book was a lot scarier, which i liked mucho
Sooooo now I'm in school again.
and not working much
but I'll have a half-decent room by Friday!
and a 7/8 decent room (i hope) by Tuesday or Wednesday!
yay for taking forever to decorate!
