More experiments in cupcakes
Tomorrow is one of my roomies' boyfriend's birthdays. So she asked me to help make him some cupcakes. This actually turned into her buying the stuff and me making the cupcakes, but that's just fine by me. We ended up making vanilla cupcakes with strawberry filling and banana cream cheese icing. They were packaged in pirate themed wrappers, sprinkled with gold sugar and topped with little paper Jolly Rogers. So cute! and super noms.
My next experiment is going to be fluffernutter cupcakes. This sunday I have to make cupcakes for my assistant manager's youngest daughter's birthday. I'm also making Italian cream cupcakes for Brad's dad for Father's Day.
