Sorry for not updating in so long!
The last couple of weeks have been hectic. I started working, i met up with schoolmates i haven't seen in an age and i started uni! Work is great, i get on really well with my work collegues and i get 10 free rentals per week which is an added bonus! My friends are fine, i'm just skint now. Not good.
Uni is.....interesting! :) I've not made any proper friends as yet(everyone is in their wee cliques) but everyone seems really nice and i hope to get to know them better :) I'm still trying to get to grips with my timetable, simply because i'm in about 5 different groups for different subjects and trying to remember which room is for which subject is a nightmare lol. I get lost so easily as well. lol. I do love my course though, it's really interesting and even though i know i'm going to be challenged all the time, i still know this is the right course for me *beams*.
I babysat my cousins last night which was fun as always but i really hope i haven't given them my cold/flu. I'm currently sitting in bed. A girl from my Maths class has given me whatever she had and since my immune system wasn't as good as it could have been(I've had really early mornings the last week and it's now freezing in Scotland.) well, it's hit me hard. I'm lethargic, i have absolutely no strength, i'm light and noise sensitive, i have earaches, i have a high temperature and i've barely eaten coz i feel sick everytime i eat. Man, i sound moany. I don't mean to be, i just feel absultely awful. I hope noone else catches it from me. My mum had to actually go over to my work(which is just across the street.) and tell my boss i can't work tonight. I feel horrible, i've only been there a couple of weeks and i'm really not making a good impression. I was going to go but mum convinced me not to seeing how i had caught whatever it is i have so easily so i'm probably contagious(sp?) plus she seriously doubted i'd be able to stand for 5 and a half hours. Ugh.
So that's all my news. How are you all? Been up to much? Have i missed anything? Let me know!
