Break's secret is the removal of Crawling Boy's finger. The note said you needed a bone, so while the ghosts were human Watanuki and Break hunted him down and cut his finger off. They intended it to be as painless as possible, just ether him, take the finger, bandage him up, and go. At the time Break had no eyes and was hallucinating and was generally more crazy than usual, so the whole thing is a bit fuzzy on the details, but he's knows that things didn't go quite as planned. Pipe fox went into hunter mode and tore up CB's legs, and Break found himself actually enjoying the hunt and got a bit carried away; he didn't hurt him, but he scared the everliving fuck out of the kid. The thread is over here for reference. Watanuki did most of the actual work, since Break couldn't see; Break is almost proud of him for this ( ... )

In short: she murdered her boyfriend, in the house. She's been hiding it pretty well, but she's actually a little bit crazy. And when the paranoia plot hit a while back, she freaked out at Makoto, because she told him she was pregnant (she was convinced she was), and he denied it. In short, the argument lead to her stabbing him in the head. She's pretty unbalanced by that (plus the previous crazy). I am too lazy to explain in much more detail, but thread is here and you can ask if you want details/explanation. =_=
