Well this was unexpected but not unwelcome
I wasn't going to buy another Barbie Basic until later this week and especially not the one I ended up buying today. But seeing as I'm having an Extremely Crappy Valentine's Day (I'm not going into details but it will give me reason enough to LOATHE today and all future ECVD's in the future.
I had planned on buying the extremely handsome Model No. 15 but his hair was WEIRD and he was the only 15 I could find, so I bought someone else home who looked like she'd be great company for my Aidan Elizabeth (Model No. 14. I renamed her from Aidan to Aidan Elizabeth, because she reminds me of a modern day Bennet sister.) So I bought this lovely as a Cheer Up present for myself
Everyone meet Jane. (Formerly known as Model No. 3 of Collection 002)
Err. That is after Aidan and Jane get done hugging first that is. I tell you if any two dolls in this set were meant to be sisters it's these two. (damn you dollstands for not allowing for a proper hug until I had to help off-camera, heh)
Meanwhile Alice is sputtering
"But, but..that's not Liam!"
No she isn't. Poor Alice, I guess she doesn't get updates on her visions as often anymore. Must be a side affect not feeding anymore or being turned into a Barbie (which she loves!)
I do plan on eventually buying No.15 but it may be a while 'til I can find one with decent hair. Meanwhile the accessories sets are at K-Mart for $17. While at Walmart they still have the first collection of sets for the same price as the dolls themselves, $20!
