Guy & Doll, Challenge Edition
As a single, attractive woman who likes cars, car events are filled with plenty of offers for one night stands. I have nothing against one night stands, but they're not for me. I tend to find the guys are "safe" to flirt with - generally happily married men who understand that all I ever give is good flirt. L. is one of those men. We flirted gleefully all weekend. Saturday evening, he joined me in the hottub.
L: Say, baby, you want to go for a tumble?
Doll: As a matter of fact, I do!
L: *blink*blink* Er, whaaaat?
Doll: Sadly, you're a happily married man. You'll just have to tell K. that I was very, very sorry he didn't make the Challenge this year. :)
L: *relieved* Oh, right, I'll do that...

There were plenty of other options, one even fairly local to me. Pity he was a cocky 26 year old Army boy. Pretty, but that's a fish I would catch and release, if I bother to catch at all.
Although, we do have an autocross date in November... ;)
